1.2. To obtain a full refund, within 30 days of receiving the item you must inform us that you will return the goods in a “new” condition. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.2.1. If your product remains unopened and unused, and in the same condition that you received and you no longer want it, you can arrange to return it to us within fourteen days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs.
1.2.2. If an item has been damaged during transit, incorrectly advertised or isn’t what you ordered. you can return it unopened and unused. We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch it by the same delivery option you originally selected.
1.2.3. Any return must be in the original undamaged packaging.
1.2.4 To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges / returns We will happily exchange or credit goods returned to us less the original shipping costs if received in the original packaging unopened and unused.
5. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please be aware that direct refunds can take up to five days to appear in your bank account depending on who you bank with. We are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
